What TheLiving.AI is
TheLiving.AI is a private membership platform for legal self-education, AI-assisted research, and document drafting tools. Access to member features is governed by the Private Membership Association Agreement. The Learn library and News are free and public.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this platform — including Aethon's responses, lessons, templates, and generated documents — is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. You are responsible for what you file, send, or sign. When the stakes are high, consult a licensed professional you trust.
Your account
- You must provide a working email address. Paid upgrades are matched to the email you registered with.
- Keep your password and access tokens private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts or resell access.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the tools to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
Payments and tiers
Paid tiers are voluntary membership contributions as described in the PMA Agreement and on the pricing page. Your tier is applied to the email you registered with.
No warranties
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee outcomes, uptime, or that generated content is error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and the version number above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
