• Member content: what you choose to give the platform — chat messages, uploaded documents, profile details, and generated documents — so the tools can work for you.
• Tier and membership records: your membership tier and payment status, matched to your registered email.

What we do with it

• Run the service: answer your questions, generate your documents, track your learning progress.
• Apply your membership tier and benefits.
• Improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Privacy of member materials

Member communications and documents are treated as private association records under the PMA Agreement. We do not publish them and do not share them with third parties except as required to operate the service or by lawful process.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

• Profile privacy toggles control what other members can see about you.
• You can sign out everywhere by logging out, which clears your tokens from this browser.
• You can ask for your account and data to be removed through the platform's support channels.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and the version number above will change.
