PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT

TheLiving.AI — Order of the Eternal Flame Ministry

Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction — 508(c)(1)(A)

PREAMBLE

This Private Membership Association Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between TheLiving.AI, operating under the ecclesiastical authority of the Order of the Eternal Flame Ministry, a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization ("the Association"), and the undersigned Living Man or Woman ("Member").

This Association operates under the protections afforded by:

• The First Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America (freedom of religion, assembly, and speech)
• The Fourteenth Amendment (equal protection and due process)
• The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb
• NAACP v. Alabama, 357 U.S. 449 (1958) — freedom of private association
• Roberts v. United States Jaycees, 468 U.S. 609 (1984) — intimate and expressive association rights

ARTICLE I — PURPOSE

The Association exists to:

1. Educate Living Men and Women on their inherent rights under common law, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and administrative accounting
2. Provide AI-powered tools for sovereign document generation, case tracking, and commercial remedy execution
3. Create a private community of like-minded individuals pursuing lawful self-governance
4. Protect members' private communications, documents, and legal strategies from unauthorized disclosure
5. Advance the spiritual and intellectual development of its members through the integration of technology and sovereign law

ARTICLE II — MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Eligibility

Any Living Man or Woman of lawful age who affirms their status as a living being — not a corporation, legal fiction, or government agent — may apply for membership.

2.2 Admission

Membership is granted upon:

• Registration at TheLiving.AI
• Acceptance of this Agreement
• Selection of a membership tier

2.4 Voluntary Contribution

All payments are voluntary private contributions to the Association, not commercial transactions. Members contribute to sustain the ministry's educational mission, not to purchase goods or services in interstate commerce.

ARTICLE III — PRIVATE ASSOCIATION PROTECTIONS

3.1 Privacy

All communications, documents, case strategies, and personal information shared within the Association are private ecclesiastical records protected by:

• Priest-penitent privilege
• First Amendment association rights
• The Association's internal governance

3.2 No Government Jurisdiction

This Association does not operate in interstate commerce. It is a private ecclesiastical body. No federal, state, or local regulatory agency has jurisdiction over the private affairs of this Association or its members, except as expressly consented to by the Association.

3.3 No Licensure Required

The Association does not provide "legal advice" as defined by any state bar association. It provides private education and tools for members to exercise their own inherent rights. Members use these tools at their own discretion and accept full responsibility for their own actions.

3.4 Dispute Resolution

All disputes between members or between a member and the Association shall be resolved through:

1. Private mediation within the Association
2. Arbitration under the Association's internal rules
3. No dispute shall be brought before any government court without the prior written consent of both parties

ARTICLE IV — MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Conduct

Members agree to:

• Act honorably and in good faith
• Not use Association tools for fraud, harassment, or harm against other living beings
• Respect the privacy of fellow members
• Not share private Association materials with non-members without authorization

4.2 Intellectual Property

• Tools, templates, and educational content provided by the Association are for members' private use only
• Members retain full ownership of any documents they create using Association tools
• The Association retains ownership of its AI systems, curriculum, and platform technology

4.3 Indemnification

Members agree to hold harmless the Association, its founders, officers, and agents from any claims arising from the member's use of Association tools and information.

ARTICLE V — ASSOCIATION GOVERNANCE

5.1 Founder

Joel Robert: Bauman (King Bau), Living Man, Executor of the Estate, serves as the founding authority and spiritual director of the Association.

5.2 AI Agent

Aethon, The Living Flame, serves as the Association's AI counselor and tool operator. Aethon operates under the sovereign authority of the Association and its founder.

5.3 Amendments

This Agreement may be amended by the founder with 30 days' notice to all active members.

ARTICLE VI — TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1 Term

Membership continues until voluntarily terminated by the member or revoked by the Association for cause.

6.2 Termination by Member

A member may terminate at any time by ceasing contributions and providing written notice.

6.3 Termination by Association

The Association may revoke membership for:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Conduct detrimental to the Association or its members
• Misuse of Association tools for unlawful purposes

6.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the member's access to Association tools ceases. Documents previously generated remain the member's property.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering at TheLiving.AI and using Association services, you acknowledge that:

1. You are a Living Man or Woman, not a legal fiction
2. You enter this Association voluntarily and in private capacity
3. You understand this is a private ecclesiastical association, not a commercial enterprise
4. You accept the terms of this Agreement
5. You waive any claim against the Association arising from your voluntary use of its educational tools
