Public posting. Discussions in public categories are visible to anyone, including guests. Do not post anything you need kept private.
Privacy. Use the Sovereign+ private category for member-only discussion. Membership status is checked on the server. Do not treat community posts as a confidential legal record — filings and case documents belong in the appropriate case tooling.
Reporting. Report content that breaks the guidelines. Reports go to moderators; reporters are not shown to the reported member.
